In response to the needs of a large mining company in Chile, RockMech provided a comprehensive equipment solution for its underground copper mining project. In response to the complex local geological conditions, the company's R&D team specially designed customized underground trackless mining equipment, such as highly adaptable scrapers, whose excellent climbing ability and flexible steering system ensure efficient operation in narrow and variable slope mine tunnels. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of long-distance transportation, the special transportation vehicles provided by the company are equipped with large-capacity transportation carriages, which greatly improves the efficiency of ore transportation. During the implementation of the project, RockMech not only provided high-quality equipment, but also sent professional technicians to the site to provide training and technical support to local operators to ensure the correct use and daily maintenance of the equipment. After the successful completion of the project, the equipment failure rate of the Chilean mining company was significantly reduced, and the cost was effectively controlled. The two parties have established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship until now.
